The analysis of normative-legal base of federal level on the set subject;
Conclusions and recommendations.
The cost of our services is based on hour rates, the level of which depends on the content of performed activities. In some cases the rates will also reflect the degree of complexity and responsibility of particular assignments, the required degree of priority (urgency).
The cost of a legal conclusion, draft of a contract, agreement, complaint, petition is EUR 200.00.
The cost of drafting statement of claim, appeal, cassation complaints, responses to statement of claim, appeal and cassation complaints is EUR 500.00.
Your form will be analyzed by our experts. You will receive the following documents in 1 business day from the moment of receipt of your inquiry:
Bill for EUR 200.00/EUR 500.00 in the form of attachment to the e-mail (without signature and seal) or by fax with the subsequent mailing of the original bill, which testifies our consent to work with you in accordance with the provisions of the contract stipu;ated on the site;
Letter of refusal to consider your inquiry in case it doesn’t correspond to the content of consultations. Please make sure to correct your inquiry before e-mailing it to us.
Pay the bill (by clearing settlement) and inform us on the payment by e-mail, the payment is not performed without indication of number of account.
The services rendering is performed on the basis of the contract on consulting servicies rendering, the provisions of which can be accepted by the Client only by adding to the offered contract.

Along with the answer you will receive the filled out certificate of executed works and the invoice (in case of necessity).

The payment of the bill implies agreement for concluding the contract, which subject is the consulting services rendering (further Services) on the following conditions:
Type of Services rendering: written answer with the reference to normative-legal documents or document draft.
Form of Services rendering: electronic, by e-mailing.
Term of Services rendering: 2 to 7 working days from the moment of receipt of payment means on the current account of the Executor.
The order of payment: clearing settlement of the sum stipulated in the bill on the Executor’s current account.
